Sierra Industrial Engineering was started in 1975, and has grown to its current fifteen employees occupying our company owned 22,500 sq. ft. warehouse and office.  We have four outside sales engineers that cover Southern California, Southern Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, El Paso, Hawaii and Northern Mexico.

We have a sales automation system in place utilizing Maximizer Enterprise™ CRM software, and laptops for our salesmen. The salesmen dictate their call reports, which are then transcribed into our database by our office staff and are available to all employees on a local area network. In addition, we have a 30,000 company reference database that we can sort and find target accounts via SIC code etc. We have had compounded growth of 15-18% annually for the last twelve years and feel that we are well positioned for the new approach to selling - target marketing and instant communication with all involved parties.
